PHIRED UP, INNOVA & TECHNIPHI ANNOUNCE HIRING OF CATIE FEAGANS AS OPERATIONS & SUPPORT ASSISTANT
For Immediate Release
Carmel, Ind. – Phired Productions, Innova, and TechniPhi – three companies that all work to grow fraternity/sorority life – announced their newest hire this week. Catie Feagans will serve as an Operations and Support Assistant for all three companies. Catie will work with the administrative team to provide Socially Excellent customer service, and will support the overall operations needs of all three companies.
Catie is a proud member of Phi Beta Chi National Sorority, which she joined at Purdue University. The application materials she submitted for this position were creative, personal, and fun. Watch this video of her sisters supporting her as she pursued this job. Prior to Catie’s first day (April 1) with the Phired Up/Innova/TechniPhi “phamily” of companies, she worked at the Indianapolis Zoo, in the hospitality industry (with Marriott and Homewood Suites properties), and in housing at IUPUI in Indy.
“I really thought the big corporate world was where I’d end up,” said Catie when asked how she was feeling about her new role. “But I realized how important a ‘family oriented’ environment was for me, and I want to be part of a company that gives back, cares for its employees, and does work that they believe in – I couldn’t be more excited to be a part of this group of people.”
Catie’s experience being recruited into her sorority is a classic Phired Up lesson in itself. She went through full formal recruitment at Purdue, and just didn’t feel connected to anyone in that process, so she didn’t join. Later she found herself at a casual event with some friends. She says they were talking about politics, and just having a good time connecting with one another. She didn’t even realize until the end of the event that it was a sorority function – soon after she became a member of (and eventually an officer in) Phi Beta Chi sorority.
