This workshop (facilitated by an advisor/consultant) is specifically designed to help the chapter identify their collective values, apply those values to what they is looking for in a PNM, and questions to ask those PNMs during the recruitment process to identify if a PNM is the right fit for the chapter.
Building meaningful connections and having quality conversations are at the heart of values-based recruitment. Most chapters do not spend nearly enough time developing their members conversation skills. Work with a Phired Up Trainer to build custom onsite values-based recruitment programming for your chapter centered around quality conversations and talking about the sorority in a meaningful way.
