CSU Chapter Grows to Biggest in a Decade with Phired Up Coaching

The Colorado State chapter of Farmhouse Fraternity recruited its largest new member class in almost 20 years. The chapter experienced 53% growth this fall! We spoke with recruitment team members Tyler Asnicar and Jeff Siegfried about their recent success:

"Phired Up coaching works. Monthly coaching calls combined with quick checkpoint calls made a fantastic coaching model. Paul [Manly, Phired Up recruitment coach] held us accountable for the work we had to do. Those pieces alone made us significantly better."

"The biggest change we saw was a shift from big events to relationships. We found that the more small, normal hangouts we held with potential new members, the better the results. We also saved some money by not hosting a bunch of huge events."

"I'm excited for this new member class. The men are engaged and definitely ready to learn. This is the future of our Fraternity, and I'm glad we recruited them this way."

"The last time we were this big was over a decade ago."

Tyler and Jeff's advice for chapters thinking about recruitment coaching:

"Do it. 100%. If you want to grow, commit to the system. If you follow the system, it works."
