Colleen achieved a Bachelor of Social Work from Belmont University and graduated from Eastern Illinois University with a Master’s Degree in College Student Affairs after having completed her thesis research, a program evaluation on sorority recruitment. Colleen works full time as the Program Manager for The Leadership Institute - Women with Purpose, Inc. and is a speaker for "The Heard,” The National Mental Health Awareness Campaign’s speaker’s bureau.
