Phired Up's Dynamic Recruitment Workshop is a fun, interactive, experiential recruitment education program that helps fraternities and sororities drive a higher quantity of higher quality members into their organizations. This is the #1 recruitment education program in the country. The workshop is featured at hundreds of campuses, conferences, and chapters every year. Fraternity/sorority chapters have experienced real results since 2002.

The Dynamic Recruitment Workshop focuses on a friends-first, values-based approach to recruiting members through meaningful relationships and non-S.P.A.M.-like techniques. The presenters deliver a funny, engaging, and high-energy program that focuses on practical methods for driving recruitment results. More information on the Dynamic Recruitment system can be found here. Phired Up knows that fraternities and sororities recruit differently, so this program is built specifically for each audience.

The sorority-specific Dynamic Recruitment Workshop comes in two editions (RED and PINK) to provide the perfect program for your unique community -- choose the one that's right for you. The techniques learned in the sorority versions of the Dynamic Recruitent Workshop help sorority women recruit in a manner they can be proud of. No matter the local process, rules, or policies, recruitment is at the HEART of all great sororities.

Dynamic Recruitment for Sororities: RED EDITION -- The red edition is for communities in which...
  • Chapter sizes vary widely and recruitment needs are diverse
  • Some or all chapters recruit beyond the formal process
  • Individual chapter growth is a priority
The RED EDITION prepares members with the communication skills, year-round values-based recruitment processes, and confidence necessary to grow their chapters and community overall. Special attention is given to creatively improving the system utilized for recruitment to better serve the unique needs and talents of each chapter.

Dynamic Recruitment for Sororities: PINK Edition -- The pink edition is for communities in which...
  • Most chapters are at or over total and fill quota consistently
  • Formal recruitment accounts for most of the recruitment results
  • There is unseen or untapped community growth potential and overall quality is a priority
The PINK EDITION prepares members with "people skills" for relationship building during and outside of the formal recruitment process. It also improves formal recruitment through values-congruence, and provides a year-round recruitment mentality within the current recruitment structure as a way to grow the community.
