I said I'd give you an update on how are spring recruitment went. We finished Spring recruitment with 18 pledges this semester. It might now seem like a lot, but we had the largest spring pledge class in all of Greek and IFC included! The 2nd largest was only 14. I think that the method of establishing a relationship with an individual before jumping into the "RUSH MY FRATERNITY" phase was key to our success. Another thing that I found to work was the using of our sororital connections in regards to the girls knowing of guys interested in Greek life, and the girls connecting the guys with myself, or another brother who assisting with Rush. Al the factors put together yielded great success for our chapter. Thanks again for the effort you made to come talk with us and all of IFC. Another amazing thing that has started to happen is the improvement of intrafraternital relations. The techniques of talking to and approaching people that you illustrated to us helped in more ways than just recruiting. We are becoming stronger, more dynamic, and more cooperative with one another, and you had a helping hand in this process, at least from my perspective. Hope 2011 brings you lots of success, as it it brought us.
